Day 5- Making Progress!

So, it's only been 5 days and I'm so excited to report that I have seen a HUGE change in my eczema and keratosis pilaris. I haven't discussed how I've had keratosis pilaris, but that's just because I didn't think Limu would help in that area, but Limu continues to surprise me more and more! Keratosis pilaris is something I have had since I was very young, and my two younger sisters struggle with it as well (reports on their success are soon to come!). Pubmed defines it as "a common skin condition in which a protein in the skin called keratin forms hard pugs within hair follicles." Basically, we have many many small bumps along our arms that are red, and the "hard plugs" eventually pop out, bleed, and form scabs. It is very noticeable and embarrassing but Limu has been working it's magic! My eczema is not completely healed yet (still just a little raw), but I know it will all be eventually gone with all of this progress. My arms and wrists are no longer red and are NEVER EVER itchy anymore! This, to me, is so amazing because I have struggled with this my whole life, have tried SOOO many products, and I've finally found relief! I've provided pictures I took on the first day of taking Limu to now

It's only been five days!!! Can't wait for the more surprises to come!

Day 3

So today is only my third day and I've already seen great improvements for a healthier and efficient life!!! Lately, my hip pain has gotten much worse (this is because of the cold weather, something I just have to deal with when having grandma hips!). During the night is when it’s at its worse. I can’t sleep in any comfortable position, and no matter how I lay, my hips hurt. Because of this, I am not getting a good night’s sleep. I toss and turn and can never fall asleep. And of course, this results in me being very tired throughout the day. However, though I still have hip pain, Limu has helped me to fall asleep almost instantly and stay asleep!!! Usually, I’m a light sleeper and will wake up to the slightest noise. But today my brother told me he was surprised to find me still asleep, even though he went into my room. I know this is only the beginning, and I can’t wait to find out what more is in store during my Limu experience!

Day 1!!

Hi everyone!

Today is my first day to try Limu and I couldn't be any more excited! When I first heard of Limu I thought that people were exaggerating, and it wasn't all that great. However, the more I researched and talked to friends about it, the more I realized how legit this is! And since I’m obsessed with health, staying fit, and trying to always become a better me, I had to try it. I am going to take 2 oz. twice a day and will post progress along the way. The thing that interested me the most was the testimonies from people who have eczema. I have had severe eczema all my life (mostly along the insides of my arms and on my wrists) and VERY sensitive skin. Ointments and medicine might help temporarily, or partially, but never completely.  So I’m hoping Limu can help me with that. Also, I have had labral hip repair surgeries on both of my hips. Basically, I have “anchors” in both of my hips (1 in my left and 2 in my right) that are keeping a major ligament in my hip together. I have recovered well and am very active, but I still suffer with pain on a daily basis. My Physical Therapist/former boss said that I have hips of an old lady. I’m 20 years old and I have hips that are way beyond my years, great! So I’m also hoping that Limu can relieve some of my everyday pain. Some of my family members are also taking Limu, so I will also try to post some of their testimonies as well. With a part time job and being a junior in college I’m very busy, but I’ll try my best to post a few things every now and then.

Have a great day and God bless!
